13 Δεκεμβρίου 2002 Κοπεγχάγη Οι ενταξιακές διαπραγματεύσεις μεταξύ της ΕΕ και της Κύπρου, καθώς και μεταξύ της ΕΕ και άλλων εννέα υποψηφίων χωρών, ολοκληρώθηκαν στο Ευρωπαϊκό Συμβούλιο της Κοπεγχάγης τον Δεκέμβριο του 2002. Συνεπακόλουθο ήταν η απόφαση για ένταξη της Κύπρου, καθώς και των άλλων εννέα υποψηφίων χωρών την 1η Μαΐου 2004. 13 December 2002 Copenhagen Accession negotiations between the EU and Cyprus, as well as between the EU and nine other candidate countries, were concluded at the Copenhagen European Council in December 2002.
