34 Cyprus Energy Regulatory Authority Decision 88/2021 - CERA Risk Report By Decision 88/2021, CERA approved the CERA Risk Report based on Council of Ministers Decision No. 87,226 dated 9 April 2019, according to which the Council of Ministers decided to approve that all Entities of the General Government Sector/Government Enterprises/Government Organizations, prepare a risk report by regularly updating the Board of Directors of each Organization, the competent Minister and Minister of Finance and submit same to the Council of Ministers once a year, in the second quarter, for reference purposes.
