All persons moving for any of the above reasons must bring with them an identity card or passport, for identification purposes in the event of checks by the Competent Authorities. 6. In what cases is movement by exception permitted without sending a text message? Movement without sending a text message is permitted: • for the movement of people with disabilities and persons falling within the spectrum of autism, together with their carers.
