Εργαστήριο Υπολειμμάτων Φυτοφαρμάκων και POPs (Εργ. 08) Υπολείμματα φυτοφαρμάκων σε φρούτα και λαχανικά, δημητριακά, τρόφιμα ζωικής προέλευσης και εξειδικευμένων μεθόδων υπολειμμάτων φυτοφαρμάκων (single residue method). Επίσης, είναι το εργαστήριο αναφοράς για αλογονομένους οργανικούς ρυπαντές συμπεριλαμβανομένων των διοξίνων και PCB’s. Εργαστήριο Ελέγχου Υλικών σε Επαφή με Τρόφιμα και Παιδικών Παιχνιδιών (Εργ. 12) Υλικά και αντικείμενα σε επαφή με τρόφιμα. Εργαστήριο Περιβαλλοντικής κ.α. Επιβάρυνσης Τροφίμων και Φυσικών Τοξινών (Εργ. 14) Μυκοτοξίνες & φυτικές τοξίνες σε τρόφιμα, βαρέα μέταλλα και αζωτούχες ενώσεις σε τρόφιμα ζωïκής και φυτικής προέλευσης και ρυπαντές επεξεργασίας τροφίμων σε τρόφιμα. Εργαστήριο Μικροβιολογικού Ελέγχου Τροφίμων (Εργ. 16) Listeria monocytogenes και Coagulase Positive Staphylococci .
