M a s t e r i n B u s i n e s s A d m i n i s t r a t i o n 15 Finance The main objective of this course is the thorough study of the proper financial management of a corporation. Students are placed in the position of a financial manager and are asked to make decisions on planning, acquiring, and allocating funds for “their” business. Upon completion of the course students are able to understand the way firms finance, invest and manage themselves in the real market, how they analyse investment decisions and understand the choice of capital structure and its implications for the value of the firm. Project Management The course is designed to help students appreciate the issues and methodologies involved in managing major projects, by drawing on a wide range of practical experience in project management. Students will be exposed to practical project management techniques and tools. THIRD TERM
