This way, families will be better equipped to overcome any possible challenges and especially to be assisted in providing the essential care, material as well as parental, to their newborns. The accompanying measures are complementary, however they are deemed necessary and useful so as to achieve the main purpose which is tackling social exclusion of the families and in particular of the children.
